With this modification you can display a featured product directly on your store's home page.
There are 3 methods for defining the product to be displayed:
- by manually specifying the exact product
- a random product from the entire inventory
- a random product from a pool of products you specify
As part of this modification, you can also specify a short text description to be displayed.
This is optional and if left empty, no description gets displayed.
Customers visiting your store are presented with options to purchase the product, right from the home page.
Or they can choose to view more information first.
