Allows you to provide your customers with a link to a support thread relating to the product they are currently viewing.
Especially handy if your store already runs a forum or is considering doing so.
There are two settings which can be set when either adding or editing an existing product:
- show support url? (yes or no)
- support url (via a textbox)
When both show support url is set to yes and a support url has been added, your customers will see a link to the url you specified when viewing a product.
Any other time, they wont see any change.
There is also a master switch for enabling/disabling support links store wide.
