1. Provides your customers with a breakdown of how much they spend at your store.
Their spending is broken down to 3 time periods:
- Orders This Month
- Orders This Year
- Orders To Date
Your clients are shown product, shipping, tax and grand totals.
2. Provides you as the owner of the store a breakdown of how much your customers are spending.
Once more, their spending is broken down to 3 time periods:
At the admin level, the following is shown:
- Product Totals
- Shipping Totals
- Tax Totals
- Grand Totals
This is done for All orders and All orders by X customer
You can specify which customers have their order totals displayed to them.
This is set on two levels :
- per customer (set as no by default)
- global (set as no by default)
If global is set to no, then no customer (even if they are configured to see order totals) will be able to see order totals.
If global is set to yes, then the customers you configure to see order totals will be able to.
